Ricardo is a Costa Rican therapist whose work continues to deepen an integrative view of the human body, grounded in Physical Therapy and Osteopathy with a strong emphasis on manual techniques. His clinical, rigorous, and deeply human approach differs significantly from the model that predominates in the United States and is virtually unavailable there, making his work an exclusive and valuable opportunity for Blue Spirit.
He is currently completing his second Master’s degree in Osteopathy, further expanding the depth and precision of his practice.
Beyond his academic training, Ricardo’s path has been enriched by his practice and exploration of various movement and body disciplines, including yoga, dance, Vipassana meditation, and traditional Thai massage. These experiences enhance the sensitivity and accuracy with which he approaches each treatment, offering a unique perspective on the body in motion and its capacity for self-regulation.

Marianna is a Holistic Therapist with years of experience exploring healing modalities around the world, now grateful to be part of Blue Spirit since 2023.
Combining her gift of intuition with bodywork has become a catalyst and support in her clients’ transformative process. By connecting to your body’s wisdom we are healing on emotional and energetic levels simultaneously.
Living by the sea has led Marianna to explore Aquatic Improvised Dance and the medicine of Water, and her yoga practice has profoundly influenced the therapies she offers.
She believes Mind, Body, and Soul are interconnected, and true transformation happens when we honour all three. Massage, yoga, and somatic movement are powerful tools for deep healing and self-connection. Caring for the body is, in itself, a spiritual practice.
Before each session, she sets the intention: MAY IT BE FOR YOUR GOOD, FOR MY GOOD, AND FOR THE GOOD OF ALL BEINGS.
Marianna invites you to let go of expectations, release any fears, and receive the gifts she has to share.
